After graduating from Nottingham University with a BSc in Biological Sciences in 1994, she trained as an Environmental Health Officer and has since dedicated her career to improving housing standards and supporting healthier communities.
Passionate about ensuring everyone has a safe place to call home, Teresa has led county-wide initiatives in Suffolk to tackle poor housing conditions, alleviate fuel poverty, and enhance energy efficiency. She has been instrumental in integrating health and housing programs, pioneering data-sharing practices, and developing targeted interventions for patients living in the worst housing conditions.
